4. Offer them to the clients with correct credentials which land lord prefer.

5. Negotiate the price with the tenant.

6. Receive the tenants consent on prices and the period required.

7. Introduce the tenant to the land lord or the manager who is in charge of the  apartment

8. Support the land lord in any bad incident if he needs us as  witness.

9.  Obtain the possession of the keys to the apartment.

10.  Showing the apartment to the tenants to inspect

11.  Monthly inspection

12.  Supervision on cleaning service.

13.  Coordinating with Complex society on behalf of the owner.

14.  Attend on current repairs.

15.  Replace the damaged items.

16.  Maintaining the hygienic condition in the apartment
